By logging in with their WebFile username and password, parties gain streamlined access to their pending cases directly on their mobile devices.

Users can review comprehensive details related to their cases, including essential information such as party specifics, the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) process, applicable governing rules, overall case status, and hearing locations. Additionally, the application provides insights into claim amounts, representatives involved, appointed arbitrators or mediators, and designated case managers. It facilitates direct communication with case participants and the case manager via phone or email from within the app.

At the case level, users can monitor specific tasks and events while panelists have the ability to search for and view relevant documents. The application also offers a consolidated view of events and tasks across all pending cases. A user-friendly search function enhances navigability, allowing users to efficiently locate cases, events, and documents.
